Private reception at the invitation of Consul General Frédéric Jung

Major French Artist Jean-Michel Othoniel lives and works in Paris, and has the distinction of being the first artist to have a permanent installation in the Park of Versailles in over 300 years.

He created a monumental work of art called La Rose des Vents, which has been placed in front of the Conservatory of Flowers in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park.

The dedication ceremony for the sculpture will take place the day after the reception at the Residence of France.
