The French American Cultural Society

The French American Cultural Society was formed in 1999, as an organization offering more opportunities for residents of the San Francisco Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest, to experience the diversity of French culture.

The French American Cultural Society’s mission is to promote, develop and support French American cultural and educational projects.

Study in France Fellowship

The French American Cultural Society launched a new Study in France Fellowship in 2017! One fellowship was awarded to Brian Olinger, student at San Francisco State University, who is currently studying at Sciences Po Paris (Reims Campus) for the 2017-2018 academic year.

Curatorial Travel Grant

The French American Cultural Society has awarded two Curatorial Travel Grants in 2017! Gina Basso from SFMOMA and Apsara DiQuinzio from Berkeley Art Museum will soon leave for scouting trips to discover to the best of French contemporary creation.
